The Alness Golf Club held its first Open of the
season on Sunday the 20th of April which was a
Texas
Scramble. The event was attended by over 100
participants.
As the day progressed it was clear that the home
teams were taking command of the leader board
resulting in the top 4 teams all being from
Alness.The winning team was helped by an eagle
at the 17th Hole when Darren Morrison holed his
2nd shot from 80 yards.
