In 2004
Alness Golf Club celebrated its Centenary Year by
staging a variety of events throughout the year for
Members and visitors. The celebrations came to a
head during the last week of July when we staged a
"Centenary Week of Golf". |

The Week consisted of high profile
competitions for gents, ladies, juniors and visitors, both young
and old climaxing in the middle of the Week when we staged a
Corporate Charity Open in aid of Cancer Research UK Scotland
where we raised £ 3,293.55 with the help of
Sureclean and
Diagio as our sponsors for
the day. |

Kids'
Day, Friday the 30th July 2004 the day that we invited
the kids' of Members and guests to join in a fun day to
promote Junior Golf. The day was a great success
with parents and children thoroughly enjoying themselves
with all the activities staged. |
